01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") apply to all users of the 888club website, mobile interface, and any related services operated under the 888club brand (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any portion of the Platform, you ("User", "you", "Player") agree to these Terms in full.

These Terms apply alongside any additional policies published by 888club, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game or promotion rule, the specific rule shall prevail for that game or promotion only.

888club reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and use the 888club Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• You are a natural person of legal capacity under Philippine law or the laws of your country of residence.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of 888club or any of its affiliated entities, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 888club or any other gaming platform in a manner that would prohibit your re-registration.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

888club conducts age and identity verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID) before withdrawals are processed or at any time at 888club's discretion. Providing false information during registration or verification is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any account balance.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 888club Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are obligated to maintain and update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Ensuring that your account details, including your registered payment methods, are accurate and belong to you personally.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify 888club immediately by contacting our support team. 888club will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

888club reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a violation of applicable law.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

888club supports a range of Philippine-focused payment methods including GCash, Maya / PayMaya, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, credit and debit cards, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made using a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit within your account. 888club does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC). Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method:

• GCash and Maya: typically processed within 1–3 business hours during operating hours.
• Bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): typically 1–3 business days.
• Other methods: as indicated at the time of withdrawal request.

888club reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 888club offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the absence of specific bonus terms, the following general principles apply:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Each player may claim each promotion once unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
• 888club reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe the offer is being abused, exploited, or claimed in bad faith.
• The use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, arbitrage strategies, or any other method designed to exploit a bonus offer constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as potential account closure.
• Bonus funds are not redeemable for cash and have no monetary value until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

888club reserves the right to modify promotion terms, discontinue promotions, and introduce new promotional offerings at any time without prior notice.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 888club Platform — including live casino tables, slot machines, bingo rooms, arcade games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules which are accessible within each game or betting market. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the rules of each game before participating.

Bets placed on 888club are final once confirmed. 888club will not reverse a confirmed bet except where a demonstrable technical error has occurred on the Platform's side, or where the relevant sporting event is declared void under the applicable sportsbook rules. In cases of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game session, 888club will endeavour to restore the game to its pre-interruption state or credit the account balance accordingly. Winnings calculated or displayed as a result of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid out.

Sports betting markets are subject to their own result verification and void rules, which are detailed within the sportsbook section of the Platform. 888club relies on official results from recognised governing bodies (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC, national football associations) to settle betting markets.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888club Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Platform or its underlying technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward other players or 888club staff.
• Registering or allowing use of an account by a person under the age of 21.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 888club Platform — including but not limited to the 888club brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 888club or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 888club.

Any unauthorised use of 888club's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.

09 Privacy & Data

888club collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of the Platform. 888club does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 888club makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform, the accuracy of information on the Platform, or the suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.

888club does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, technical failures, or events beyond 888club's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power outages, or acts of God).

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, 888club's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

12 Suspension & Termination

888club reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account or activity poses a risk of financial crime, fraud, or regulatory non-compliance.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your continued use of the Platform may cause harm to 888club, other players, or third parties.
• A regulatory authority or law enforcement body has directed 888club to restrict your account.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements and 888club's AML obligations.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting 888club support. Upon closure, your access to the Platform will be revoked and your account data will be retained in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 888club operates in compliance with the regulatory framework overseen by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) with respect to its Philippines-facing operations.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact 888club's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. 888club aims to resolve all player complaints promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable timeframe, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunals of the applicable regulatory jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall limit 888club's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14 Amendments to These Terms

888club reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, 888club will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or notifying registered players via their registered email address. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
